Simply put, Small Group Training has many of the advantages of private training, but you get to do it with others, encouraging and challenging each other along the way. Groups are a minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 where you commit to a package of set times for 2, 3 or 4 sessions per week for a term based on achieving your health and fitness goals.

So, don’t get lost in the crowd of membership-based (anytime attendance) large group exercise classes, where you struggle to keep up and follow the instructor’s directions and finish the workout feeling unsupported and unsure if you were doing everything right.
