What's actually in the transformation challenge, meals and guide?

The 21 Day Meal Transformation Challenge with supporting Meal guides is a 21 day eating transformation program that includes a comprehensive guide to regain control of a healthy eating lifestyle that will support you in burning fat, boosting your metabolism and building a stronger leaner body.

Included are daily challenge practices to help realign habits, daily meal suggestions and menus that support the workouts in the 21 day workout challenge, grocery lists so you can shop with ease for the suggested recipes and/or shop with an informed healthy eating mindset, and a step-by-step plan on how you can transform breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner.

Additionally, you also get bonus guides, including 7 steps to healthy eating, nutrition starter pack, dirty 15 vs clean 12, and portion control. All this along with video walk through recipes and grocery buying.

Will I need to buy fancy food for the challenge?

Not at all! The majority of the ingredients can be found in most local grocery stores. And we don't include some rare fruit or vegetable that's only found in some exotic country to get these 'magical results'... it's just real food! 

How much weight or dress sizes could I expect to drop?

In truth, I don’t have an answer to that as everyone is different and will approach the challenge differently.

What I would say though, is never rely on scales for the answer to whether you are or aren't losing weight as it won’t tell you much about your actual body composition. Simply put, new muscle growth will weigh more than lost fat. So standard scales won't identify the changing composition of the body's water vs muscle vs fat.

You will however, notice a loss in centimetres and/or a dress size as the challenge progresses and you stick with the workouts. And challengers who follow the intuitive eating challenge with the workouts will have noticeably better progress.

To see the changes your body is experiencing WE RECOMMEND that as you go through the challenge, you take PROGRESS PICTURES at the start and then every week, and DON'T step on the scale at all during the challenge. Use your clothes and your pictures as the best way to track progress!

Will the guides and plans be shipped to my home?
