This is NOT a "28 Days of Meal Plan" program, in-fact, we don't actively promote meal plans. Why? Because they usually suck, rarely last and are more of a weight-loss tool. Instead, to combat muscle decaying sarcopenia and support muscle growth for strength transformation, we'll:

  • Educate you in which macronutrients are critically important, the quantities to take, and ideas on how you can incorporate them into your daily diet.

Yes, there is a lot we pack in, but it's not overwhelming. On average expect 45-60 minutes on workout/mobility days (That's 3 days of the week) and 20-30 minutes (Optional) on the other days.

  • Easy to follow 45min+ workout videos every Mon, Wed, & Fri with modifications and form direction, so you can do them safely, effectively and confidently at home.

  • Ability to Check In with Coach Sheree daily in a private group, getting support, questions answered, motivation, along with  encouragement from other members!
  • Weekly lessons that position you with the belief and resilience to reframe your thinking that strength transformation is possible and you have the toolkit to do it.
  • Saturday mobility & recovery video workout for you to follow along, on that or any day of the week.
  • The program is structured to start on a Monday, making it easier to incorporate into your daily/weekly routine. So, whether NOW is a Tuesday or Saturday, there's assessments and a pre-workout to get you through till Monday. Or simply, jump right in.
  • Weekly lessons on fuelling your body, so you're armed with understanding and strategies (including some recipe ideas) to combat muscle decay ie. Sarcopenia, and compliment muscle growth through the strength exercise workouts.
