This Bodyweight & light weights workout routine is set on a 20sec workout with a 10sec rest for a period of 13mins.
**Remember, hit the pause button whenever you need to for a break.

Bodyweight & light weights workout

This is a simple combination bodyweight and using a light weight workout. You can expect to work all your muscle groups.

The workout doesn't include a warm-up, so particularly if its a cool day, do some marching on the spot, swinging your arms for a minute or two.

This workout has been designed for any women over 50 at any fitness level. Whether you're at a beginner, intermediate or advanced fitness level Sheree will guide you and give variations so you have a great workout.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED for this Bodyweight & light weights workout:
Dumbbells, kettlebell or carton of juice (canned food) you can safely hold.
