This Repeatable MINI workout during the day routine is set on a 20sec workout with a 10sec rest for a period of 4mins.
**Remember, hit the pause button whenever you need to for a break.

Mini workouts are great. Stack them during the day so 4-5 repeats can become 15-20mins.

Feel sluggish in the afternoon, doing a mini workout (without the sweat) is a great way to pep you up to finish the day strong.

A skipping rope (optional), chair or access to stairs.
