However, often as we take clients through an assessment, issues arise that they didn't realise. Whilst these may not seem important to them, the knock on affect in stabilising and mobilising their body with strong movement, these issues can be the sinister players in derailing strength transformation if left unchecked.

Functional Strength - Personal Training is having your own instructor, motivator, coach, health expert and champion barracker in your own corner, making sure you achieve your success.
A key element to strength transformation success however, is knowing how your body functionally works and the everyday life movement corrections needed, then reprogramming your body to move with strength and stability that give confidence.
Frustratingly, we’ve seen many women jump into a one-size-fits-all fitness program only to see motivation and commitment curtailed because they either weren’t shown or didn’t feel the need to establish good functional 'Active Daily Life' movements, resulting in unexpected injuries when doing these movements in everyday life, thereby derailing progress and halting motivation.
Essentially, this is where everyone should start when undertaking a fitness program. Functional strength - Personal Training will ensure you start your program at the right level that both acknowledges your body's current limitations, but challenges them to become stronger and more stable, without breaking you along the way.
It’s common for many of our clients to start with a Personal Coach and then move across to our Small Group Training as they become stronger, healthier and more established in their goals.

Small Group Training has many of the advantages of private training, but you get to do it with others, encouraging and challenging each other along the way. Groups are a minimum of 3 and maximum of 8 where you commit to a package of set times for 2, 3 or 4 sessions per week for a term based on achieving your health and fitness goals.
So, don’t get lost in the crowd of membership-based (anytime attendance) large group exercise classes, where you struggle to keep up and follow the instructor’s directions and finish the workout feeling unsupported and unsure if you were doing everything right.

Additionally, with Small Group Strength Training you'll get:
- Pre-training Assessment

If you live anywhere in the wider Hobart area, this is your opportunity to be coached by Hobart's leading strength transformation coach for women approaching 50, 60 and beyond.
What could this look like!
- We would train in person at our studio 1-2hrs weekly, fortnightly or monthly, customised based on need and availability to visit studio.
- Then armed with a home workout plan for your strength transformation, undertake regular scheduled workouts at home. These, could also include follow along video workouts from within our online membership.
- If not connecting in person weekly, then 20min video calls to both check-in and have opportunity to refine program and movement/form technique.
- Anytime access to ask question via our membership contact portal.
- Access to ALL our online membership on demand features: Workout library, comprehensive home assessments, recipes, challenges, community.

Our women's strength classes are for any level of fitness. Even though we train in large groups we still have access to a variety of equipment that will make you strong, increase mobility, improve stability, greater endurance and YEP loose weight.
Our training methodology is geared towards making your body strong, fit and functionally work for you. We don't put you through gut busting exercise sessions to achieve this but work with where your body is at, gradually growing and increasing your efforts and load in a way that challenges and improves your overall conditioning and preparedness for the every-days of life.
And YES, you will get a great workout.
