  • Easy to follow 20min video workouts suitable for ALL FITNESS LEVELS (even beginners) with modifications & form direction, so you can do them safely & confidently at home or anywhere with online access.

  • Check In with Coach Sheree daily in a private group, getting support, questions answered, motivation and encouragement from other members!
  • All 21 days have been designed with progression and ample recovery time in mind. There is a workout mix across muscle groups, along with active recovery days to ensure you're able to complete the challenge!
  • You'll be able to easily measure your success through simple Strength Assessments at the start and finish of the challenge.
  • IMPORTANT: This is a challenge, so to keep you accountable and help you achieve the challenge goals, you've got 24 hours, with supporting COUNTDOWN CLOCK to complete each day's workout before that access is removed and the next day opens.
