Hi, I'm Christine and I am 67 and I've been coming to the gym since August. I suffer from high blood pressure and some medical problems and Sheree was able to give me an exercise plan to reduce high blood pressure, as part of a Studio Group Fitness Classes program.

Since I've been coming, I went to the doctor last week, my blood pressure tablets have been cut in half. My cholesterol, my blood sugar, and all of that is down. I lost 5 kilos and I feel great. Anyone my age, do come along.

It's not all about being in tights & skinny but it's getting fit & having a happy life
