Sheree: It's Sheree from Spice Health and Fitness. And I've got two of our awesome ladies here who have been participating in our semi-private personal training. So I'm just going to introduce you to Karen and Karen, good friends as well, and they work together. I just want to ask you guys, maybe starting with you Karen, what was the prompt that got you started to do something about your health and fitness?
Karen 1: Well I was starting to feel really old before I should feel really old, and I had trouble getting out of bed, and just didn't feel well.
Sheree: What about you Karen
Karen 2: Just went down over the last ten years and got to a point where I was just felt uncomfortable, and unhappy, and unfit, and I just wanted to do something about it.
Sheree: There's something about old age creeping up on you, isn't it? So tell us about some of the struggles that you've had in trying to achieve achieve your goals. Has it been work? Does it make things hard because you ladies both work?
Karen 2: Time. We exercise. You have to eat properly.
Sheree: So what did you do to overcome those things about time? So are you just stuffing your boot? Are you all ready to go?
Karen 1: I think you find it when you have to.

Sheree: You're right.
Karen 1: I think that being in a fitness accountability group helps, because you're stuck with that two days and two nights a week. You have to come.
Sheree: So true. We expect them at a certain time on a certain day. If they're not here, we ring them, and we want to know where they are. So it is true. You are very, very...
Karen 1: Accountable.
Sheree: When we're the girls that are here, we do work you guys according to what you can. But we work them quite hard, probably harder, because everyone is known to workout in their comfort zone. So you girls probably sometimes come [?] a couple of times, and that's okay. We start you all off in your comfort zones. That's good. What do you think the best thing is about training here at Spice Fitness
Karen 1: I like the small group. And that its a smaller center, women only
Sheree: And do you like the girls that train you? They don't have a choice in saying, "That was hard."
Karen 2: They're hard but they are good.
Sheree: That's what you need, firm but kind. That's good. And what would you say to somebody else out there that is in your position, or was in your position, that's not sure whether they need to get started on their health and fitness goals? What would you say to them?
Karen 1: I would say come into the centre, see Sheree, and just do it. I feel so much better. I've got a ways to go, but I still feel something...

Karen 1: Yeah, for sure.
