Christine: I'll be 66 next week.

I now have lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and the doctor said, “Whatever you’re doing, keep doing it.

Sheree: Awesome stuff. And I'm believing that you've been saying that you feel great now.

Feel the healthiest you've felt for years

Christine: Ever since you started, two years, just over two years.

Sheree: Yeah, so almost three years actually. We're coming up to three years in just customers.

Now, you've heard a few good reports after you've been to your doctor. Surely, after you came, actually, probably within six months to a year, you came back really excited about seeing your GP.

Christine: I was, yeah.

Want to have
LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE AND CHOLESTEROL

Christine: I don't feel 66. But, yeah, I do. And if I have a few weeks off my diet plan, I feel slightly

Christine: And Zumba.

Sheree: Zumba?

Christine: Yes, and I do a bit of the circuit.

Sheree: Great. So when you go home at the end of the day, or at the end of the class, you're feeling...

Christine: I do, I feel on top of the world.

Sheree: Good! And you...

Christine: And I'm sleeping better too.

Sheree: Sleeping better's always an awesome one because sleep can sometimes be hard. And I'm wondering what sort of class... I mean, how many times a week do you come?

Christine: I used to come every day except Wednesday.

Sheree: Okay, so what, about five times a week. Fantastic! And what would you say to somebody else out there, maybe the same age as you, just thinking, "I'm too old, I just can't do it and I also would like to have lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels"?

Christine: Go for it.

Sheree: Go for it.

Christine: It's the best thing you could do.

Sheree: Right, so they just should come in the door and meet us, friendly staff, who... Do you find that the staff here... What do you find about Spice, specifically, that you love?

Christine: The friendliness. Everyone's just so helpful and friendly, and everyone encourages everybody else.

Sheree: And do you find that all the ladies that come here, they just seem to be ultra-friendly too, don't they?

Christine: They do, yes. I've made some really good friendships since I've come.

Sheree: Well, you have, haven't you?

Christine: Yeah, and we go for coffee, and we do other things.

Sheree: And people you would never have met normally.

Christine: Not at all.

Sheree: Awesome stuff, Christine. Well, I'm sure we'll see you over the next two or three years.

Christine: I hope so.

Sheree: Continuing to come, she'll even get better!
