So, What is Small Group Strength Training?

Small Group Training has many of the advantages of private training, but you get to do it with others, encouraging and challenging each other along the way. Groups are a minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 where you commit to a package of set times for 2, 3 or 4 sessions per week for a term based on achieving your health and fitness goals.

So, don’t get lost in the crowd of membership-based (anytime attendance) large group exercise classes, where you struggle to keep up and follow the instructor’s directions and finish the workout feeling unsupported and unsure if you were doing everything right. What can I expect!

When training with Spice you can "EXPECT" to achieve a body that will... Move Well, Feel Younger, Live Louder & Last Longer.

Additionally, with Small Group Strength Training you'll get:

Is this right for me!

Simple answer... YES!

That said, we always start with a consultation to assess your body's current condition. Based on that we may start you with several Personal Training sessions before you'd be ready to safely jump into a small group.

NOTE: If your body isn't up to it, we won't put you in a small group.

Why? Because the amount of additional support and oversight you'd need, would detract from the level of training and service the other clients in the group receive.
