Sheree here from Spice Health and Fitness in Kingston, Hobart. Today we're talking to Deb, one of our lovely, valued clients, and I just want to ask you today Deb, why you happened to come to Spice Group Fitness Classes.
Deb: Well, I suppose it's a reality check. I had just... I had to do something. I was about to turn 40 and I thought, "It's now or never."
Sheree: Yes.
Deb: I thought, "Why not?" and I chose Spice Fitness because it's a female gym and it's local.
Sheree: Great! And what sort of things have you been doing here? Has it helped your health in any way? What sort of things have you found?
Deb: Oh, hugely helped. Well, I first started doing Zumba classes and I've moved from Zumba to anything I can do.
Sheree: Cool!

Deb: If I can do it, anyone can do it!
