If you have a fit ball or stability ball as it also called, get it out, pump it up if its flat or part deflated and join Sheree in this short workout.

This is a full body workout so make sure you've got room around you to manoeuvre on the ball.

This workout has been designed for any women over 50 at any fitness level. Whether you're at a beginner, intermediate or advanced fitness level Sheree will guide you and give variations so you have a great workout.
