Find a time/day of the week a set it aside to do some food prepping for healthy lifestyle.

Start small. A great place to start is to prep all your snacks for the week. This way you will avoid buying that junk food you'll probably regret doing.

I've just been to the shops and I love going to other places like markets where I can go get all my fresh food. So I've got a bundle of stuff here today that I know that I'll want during the week. So I've got avocado, I've got some beetroot, some feather cheese. I've got some more beetroot prepackaged because it was already precooked. And so I'm going to make I'll get into some juice and some lettuce and spinach leaves. What else have I got in here? Another kiwi fruit. And in my other bag, a whole pile of fruit. So I've got some Lemons I can use for my lemon juice. I've got some apples, organic ones, which I get from the local market just down the road. So they're really well priced because they access them as second's apples. So we pay about $2 a kilo for our organic apples, which is really good. So what I'm going to do now, you should see if you can do it home as well, because it certainly makes your progress a whole lot better, is if you can take what you need for the week.

And if you have, say, two or So you've got three hours spare on the weekend, you can actually precook your meals. Or the very least you could do, if you know that you're going to be really busy during the week, is to pre-cut things up and to prep things. And to be able to prep things, to have some containers would be Great. So I've got a whole pile of these containers that are reusable. You can also buy disposable containers for quite cheap. So they're not very expensive, but they also can be rewashed out and reused again as well. So your choice of what you want to do to be able to put food in each of these for the week ahead. So then if you do get really, really rushed and you don't have time to prepare, you've already got them there. So whether it's just precut and you've just got some raw veggies in there already to throw in for a meal or a salad, that's ideal. And the other thing is, as I said before, you can precook a meal if you did want to, and that's a great way of doing it.

So being able to prep is going to be your way to go forward and the waiter has some success. And then you can't say that you don't have time. Okay, see you.
