This is a great whole foods to be enjoyed with carrot and celery sticks, even the kids should like this.
Play with the ingredient quantities to create your own dream dip.
INGREDIENTS for Bean Dip:
1 Can of Soya beans (We couldn't find any so we used a 4 Bean mix)
1 Can of chickpeas
1/2 cup of mint leaves
1 Garlic clove
3 Tablespoons of tahini paste
3 Tablespoons of lemon juice
2 Tablespoon of olive oil
EQUIPMENT NEEDED for Bean Dip:
High speed blender.
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients into blender and blend to consistency desired.
Tip: Blend in increments to avoid over blending and runny consistency.
