This BEGINNER Bodyweight ALL Standing Workout routine is set on a 30sec workout with a 10sec rest for a period of 19mins.
**Remember, hit the pause button whenever you need to for a break.

Today is a total beginners workout at an easy pace doing basic moves.

So if you have never done any strength training todays workout is the ideal place to give it a go and feel how your body responds.

This workout has been designed for any women over 50 at a beginner fitness level where Sheree will guide you and give variations when needed so you have a great workout.
