Ingredients for Banana Breakfast Smoothie:

Option 1

  • 2 whole ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
  • 4 whole ice cubes
  • 2 cups milk

Option 2

  • 2 whole ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 whole dried dates
  • 4 whole ice cubes
  • 2 cups milk

Directions for Banana Breakfast Smoothie:

step one: add all ingredients into high speed blender
step two: process 1-2 minutes
step three: serve immediately
