A simple Basic BEGINNERS floor workout that can also be done whilst lying on your bed.

If you suffer with a scoliosis or back pain and find it difficult to get on your back, Sheree will instruct you with alternatives.

This workout has been specifically designed for any women over 50 who would consider herself a total beginner.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED for this Beginner-Seniors strength floor workout:
No equipment needed but if you have a weight or kettlebell they can be used.
