A guided mindfulness meditation to let go of daily stress.

Stress is in our everyday lives . We’re busy with no downtime, and worries and anxieties all take their toll with producing symptoms of stress.

When we feel stressed, our breathing rate and pattern changes as part of the fight or flight response so we are ready to fight the monster or we are able to run away. This effect of stress was only ever meant to be temporary and not carried around with us every day. The good news is that we have the ability to deliberately change our breathing pattern, and bring ourselves back into a calm state.

Mindfulness is when you allow yourself to be fully present in the here and now and stress and anxiety begin to ease as you calm your mind and body. Taking even a few minutes out of your day to restore an inner calm and peace will pay back huge dividends.

How do you start?

Find a quiet place to sit in a comfortable chair & give yourself a few minutes to follow this guided mindfulness meditation where you can close your eyes and start to release the stress you’ve been carrying.
