Kettlebells are a fantastic way to create an all over body workout, incorporating functional strength, cardio and endurance. 

This workout has been designed for any women over 50 at any fitness level. Whether you're at a beginner, intermediate or advanced fitness level Sheree will guide you and give variations so you have a great workout.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED for this Kettlebell workout for Beginner to Advanced:
Kettlebell. If you don't own a kettlebell, use any weight you can find - suitable to your fitness and strength levels. You can even fill up a milk carton with water for a 2 or 3kg weight. There's always a way!
