Kath: Hi, my name's Kath and I've been coming to the Spice Group Fitness Classes for about a year now. I first came along after my husband bought me a membership, for a month, to see how I would like it. He knew I was struggling with my fitness and health, in general, and he thought coming to the gym would be a great idea to see if I feel more energised during the day. I was never one for coming to the gym but, once I got here, everybody was so friendly and supportive.
I find, that when I’ve been to the gym, I feel more energised during the day
There is such a lot of different classes that you can do so I really enjoy coming. I wanted to get fitter and lose weight. I've lost about 10 kilos since I've been coming and I feel so much stronger and healthier and happier. I've managed to nearly wean myself off of the antidepressants that I was taking and I feel so good. I always thought that I was too tired to come to the gym and that I wouldn't be able to do it but coming here, I find, that when I've been to the gym, I feel more energised during the day. So, yeah, it's been great.
