No Sugar Drinks Weight Loss Plan - 5kg down and counting

Hi, my name is Wendy. I started the Studio Group Fitness Classes 11 weeks ago now. The main reason for doing it was to develop a no sugar drinks weight loss plan and hopefully lose about 5 or 6 kilos and to get fitter. So far I have lost 5 kilos. I started off doing just 5 push-ups and now I can do about 15. And my other goal was to stop drinking Diet Coke or Coke Zero, which I drank probably, nearly, a small bottle every day. And I was having a chocolate bar every day.

That's completely gone. I've lost all inclination to have any fizzy drink at all, and no chocolate, so I feel so much better.
